First sign up and upload website like mediafire.

after signed up, sign in to ur account and make folders.
After upload ur file u have 2 model file to put in forum
If u want to add a file like missions use Insert Hyperlink in post add tags (top where u are typing for forum)
To get link go to ur mediafire account and Copy Link and paste it between, [url ur link paste here[/url
If u want to add picture, u need to use direct link from ur mediafire account
After u copied picture direct link, use Insert Image bottom in add tags.
Paste direct link between, [img Paste ur direct link[/img,
