Steam Group

I've gotten permission to share my idea and get to see what people think about the whole "D.A.M on Steam" thing. Personally I think it's a good idea cause we can expand our team into other games, and simply make it bigger. If you're interested in being on of the admins or just a normal member of this steam group, add me on Steam - Stalker1123 - or if that doesn't work or something just message me on here (If you want to be an Admin of the Steam Group I will discuss with the Admins of the D.A.M team and we'll see what happens) IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER!!!!: ALL D.A.M Team members that join the Steam group if/when it is all finished MUST have joined the same way all of us have here on the website. You cannot (For obvious reasons) just add someone to the group or invite them or whatever just because they are your friend. Although I don't have Steam or want to get it, I support this idea in general. "Spread the D.A.M over the world" is a thing that I would encourage.
But only (as you already mentioned) if it's ensured, that the group wont grow and grow and there are ppl in then, we never have seen in game or ever have taken part in other ways. Idk if it's that what you mean, but I would prefer to control membership over that forum here. Means that you only can get part of the "D.A.M world" when you are accepted here in forum as a full member of our clan/team. So the "gate" or "key" is the D.A.M forum, just as it is at moment.

But I assume this needs control. It's better we have a small group of players we know and we can trust in, than huge group with members we never met, we never see here being active in forum. And controlling in beginning is possible (we are already doing) with "limited registration". Look here:

Other players think same about that topic of controlling the access to D.A.M team.
And btw: Controlling in the beginning is much better then kicking players who already are part of the team.
As I often said to new guys: I don't want players existing only on paper...

I have some guys that would help me control the steam group if it were created, some guys that don't know we're planning this but wanna join D.A.M team, which shows that it is something they'd like cause of ArmA and being apart of a realism team/clan. If controlling it would be a problem, we could create sub teams (only when absolutely necessary - IF necessary) and have an admin in charge on each team to report back to a main admin, thanks for the feedback thus far

about other games,if clan members playing other games together already and need a gategory/board in forum ,i ll made one for them.

will do! just to let u know it could take some time to get the group full if seeing as steam users don't often join groups. But it is still a good way to somewhat advertise our clan

Sure, but I think u need to download Steam first, even if u don't have a steam account I think u can still access it. I'll need to find the Steam URL for the page first though... Which is fun lol
