Squads

Hey guys!
What do you think about create squads?
That means we get a fixed group of players, with a squad leader and specialized teammates (AT, Sniper/Scout, Engineer, MG Gunner, Pilot etc.). That doesn't mean, that the roles should be fixed or that a player is just able to snipe but not able to handle with AT. No we need all rounders, but inside squad you get in main a specialization for the category you feel best in.
When squads are build each squad will train for itself, but maybe in Coop with other squad(s).

And what about names for squads?
And shall the squad name be added to players name?

Edit: I would prefer to call it simply "team". "Alpha Team", "Bravo Team"...

I think if would be a good idea to add it to name lemme use my name for example...[D.A.M] Bruno Massino (Alpha Squad) or something like that

Yeah, but short form would be better...because with the D.A.M tag and your name AND the squad name it gets very very long

really cause at first I wanted to say brAvo but yeah maybe just the letter of the squad, and any special squads our companies (like if we have a task force, IF) then it'll just be like... [D.A.M] Bruno Massino (A-TF188)

this is my idea.
first we select some team leaders then other member join to teams.each team need 4 man.
after name add teams tag like guys said (A) or (B) .
Team leaders must training to hes members and try to fix and get skill as like real team.Team leader need to be good player and can stay connected to all team members and use orders.
Team leaders must force hes team members to training and show team in battles.
Team members must know each other and take role as sniper or machineguner ,anything they can do better.
With this we sure all team clan are in high skill and be ready.
Team works on Coop and PVP game mod too.we can manage and arrangement better situation.
in big battle ,we can choice a Commander to lead all teams.
So who want to be Team leader?

I totally agree
...except one point: I would say team leader +4 men.
Team leader, AT, MG, Sniper and Grenadier.
I would like to take a role of a team leader
(But for me is of course the problem that I would not be able to play and train with my team during the week, just in weekend...but maybe I could just make one of team members to assistant team leader)

maybe all admins should be team leaders? and if there's a player that shows he's a worthy exception then he can also be a TL

i was reading you guys need to add medic as one the Team Leader could be like the mg or sniper becuse thay see most the battle field
