Upload speed is the most critical when considering server hosting. Meaning my net speed isn't in its best element when hosting, not to mention I have wireless connection.

Sasha on the other hand have such a great internet speed I think there is no question who should be hosting DAM servers.

Those numbers mean the speed that your connection is able move data. I'm gonna quote a site i found when googleing info: "There are eight bits in a byte, so, if your download speed is eight megabits per second (8Mb), then that's actually shifting 1 megabyte per second (1MB)."
We used in our tests megabits per second.

Coz Sasha's connection can upload data faster than we others, he is the best host atm. The distance to server shouldn't have, at least much, effect on these results.

i tested something about how to set max player for servers,and i think for each player to join u ,u need 10k/b upload speed,
so
i have 40 k/b upload speed and i can support 4 player in server include me,i set my server 4 max player.

This is the 2nd best connection which is reachable here in Germany for an acceptable price...
The dates of my speed are normal for this speed, but wish I had at least more upload.
And well...it depends of course on with whom you compare your results of the test; the point of view.
I am complaining on a high level

And if I count my upload it will give 200 players possible on my server.

Impressive, but my comp is weak and 32 players is maximum. I usually start getting bad CPU at about 20-25 depending on the mission.

And I noticed that when I make groups of ppl the CPU goes down faster (and Mo gets kicked every minute). So I cant predict what will happen if we have a team script in mission.

about CPU issue,if u have Nvidia graphic card,go to Nvidia control panel and set physic configuration to use ur graphic card ,not CPU.
by this way u will free ur cpu power for other works .
