It would be nice if we had a built in twitter feed on forum, as well as the shout box. DAM would use twitter to message any news and games we host. A twitter feed functions exactly like a shout box, but better. For example: - Records history of every messages, unlike shout box which has a max of 25
- Any Shouts would be sent to phones/computers instantly
Twitter has the ability to alert you when there's new posts. The shoutbox has no such ability. If we shouted a game in shoutbox, people would miss it, or read it hours later when the game is over.
But if we shouted a game through twitter, followers are notified immediately, even if their not on forum. This means people are less likely to miss our games.
- People outside of DAM can follow our twitter feed and maybe join our games too
I am suggesting twitter because forum lacks activity.
There are lots of games being hosted through DAM, but many people never get notified and as a result there are lots of inactive players here
A twitter feed would bring some life back into forum.

Same, like Sasha: I like the idea, but not using twitter. I'm admin but I suggest that Mo does it, since I tent to kill those things  ;D |

I'm not aware of any other applications which has a embedded website feeds like twitter, KSK. What I really like about twitter I can download it on my phone for free, so any updates are sent to me instantly. So people can poke at me at night to join a game or something. We could use Facebook, but personally I find Facebook too childish for DAM. YOU HEAR THAT MO?! COME BACK SO WE CAN SORT THIS OUT  |

well, this is easy renz.you have to do that because twitter has been blocked in my country.follow the guide and then give me the code.I ll add it to the forum side bar.
