Rules of Reporting - RoR and Microphone usage

(Rules of Reporting)

General:

1. Make your reporting/talking short, informative, clear.
2. If you got orders, confirm them.
3. If you have questions, just ask them, because they could be important for the whole mission
4. If you have ideas for tactics/strategy let the team know them
5. If you don't know, if you have permission to open fire, ask your teamleader for permission to and open up and DO NOT open fire if you aren't sure about your permission.

Reporting:

1. Roger/Copy/Understood etc. to confirm orders you received
2. Make contact reports like this: Contact + Direction + Description + Distance+ Way of movement
--> "Contact! West/at 330/Left, infantry of 12 men, about 300 meters, moving to our position!"
3. Under fire - Report if you taking fire and if possible from which direction fire is coming from
4. Incoming - For indirect fire by grenade/launcher/RPG/arty
5. Set (bomb/satchel) - To inform team that satchel or bomb is set/placed
6. Reloading - If you have to reload so teammates can cover you if needed
7. I am hit/wounded - If you need get dragged out of danger-zone or need medic/heal (Or simply call: Medic!)
8. Advancing - Inform your team that you move forward
9. Frag out/(Throwing) nade! - Inform your mates of throwing grenade so they stay back/in cover

I guess that are the most important facts which ensure that reporting and teamspeak is clear and allows strategic and tactic work.
The most aspects are "normal" and everyone should know them just if they think of it for a moment. So some parts (orders of teamleader like Hold fire, Engage, Stop etc.) are not mentioned here...

Anything that should be added to list? - Let me know.
But list should stay as short as possible, like ROE list is...

maybe add where the enemy is moving to or whether they're standing still to contact reports? would help any sniper or support
