Hey, guys!
From up now we have Squads. At moment four.
Each squad consists of 10 guys - two fireteams with 5 men. In each Squad there is one squad leader (who can be one of the fireteam leaders at same time).
The squad leader has to manage and organize the 2 fireteams. He should get help by the other fireteam leader (that guy would be the assistant squad leader).
So what we need is 2 other guys for Squad Charlie and Delta.
As squad leader you have to organize training, the board in forum etc. So this needs work and time. (that's why I need def. a good assistant squad leader, because of my university time during the week)
Ppl please join one of the squads. Remember just 10 guys per Squad!
