yes it s true roach.
if u buy alpha NOW, u will get beta and full game free.benefit is good.
If u buy Developer supporter edition, also u will get all arma 3 dlc's for free.and arma 2 with all dlc's as gift.
as you know we had 3 or 4 dlc for arma 2. i think its big deal.

Advice: weight your options. Supporter edition is quite expensive and there is also lots of things u dont probably need. If u want to buy Arma 2 and 3, I would first check the price of Arma 2 (or Arma X) in stores, do some calculating. About DLCs I would check how much cost was on Arma 2/DLC, the number of DLCs is most likely pretty much the same in 3 and 2.
Example: I found Arma X 22.95€

Yeah, I can just say, that Arma X is a great deal. You get full version of Arma 2 and OA and as DLCs BAF, PMC (both in full version and not as lite)
...and Arma 3 can wait.

Well I don't think the map is good (then again, only 20km^2 of about 300km^2) but the physics of player movement is very good. Just bit more towns to fight in and game would be way better, it is already good.

Player movement has improved by alot so did the atmosphere now unlike in arma 2 u can see the rain and etc.

@ sasha . Arma 3 looks very good .still have serious bug (alpha). movement changed.is better now.good physics.sounds and graphic is awesome also.arma 3 is another world but always play with friends is fun. i think wait for arma 3 version 1 is better. alpha and beta is bugy. servers laging. need performance about graphic. high end systems have problem to run it  |

MO according to some ppl the next alpha pathc is gona fix the server lag. And add more euipments (scopes/bagcpacks/etc).
