Squad logo and info on Squad.xml

Ok, as I said on "badge thread", I managed to get squad.xml to work. I came to think that maybe we should start using it. It is quite simple on any others behalf expect the one creating it, and that isnt hard too. But here is what I need for it:

1) Our logo, 2^a x 2^a, where a=1,2,3...pixel size picture file, this will be shown on briefing when someone looks at our profile, on vehicles and as a badge on player's arm. Should be in .paa, but I can do the convertion with a tool. At first u could do it as .jpg or .png

2) Every members player ID and info they want to share. Template is here:
a) Nickname (=the name u sue in game, remember capital letters and such, this must be correct)
b) Player ID (found when editing profile, different on every game, Arma II and OA too). I guess this shouldn't be broadcasted out loud, so use private message.

c) name (optional): if u want your real (or fictional) name to show in briefing
d) email (optional)
e) icq (dunno exactly waht to do with it, some had used it to show XFire usernames) (optional)
f) remark = u want to say something about yourself: we can find this useful to show position in clan/team (optional)

3) Clan info: should we share website and/or email (like KSK's) in our squad info, would be shown on every member.

I installed myself Dropbox so when file is ready and in Dropbox, I share the link you all need to add to Profiles "Squad URL", found in "Edit profile" in game.

Didn't manage to get tag in front by changing file, but of course we can take tag off the file and keep it on our names. What ever suits u.

PS: Should we vote?

about tag im ok with current tag position ( after name) . Just remove any tag name u added in full game.
- All clan members, Send ur ID PLAYER to Arska with current name VIA PM. don't send it in public.
-you can take ur ID from profile editing in game menu

We tested this with MO and M.jac. We got only some parts working for MO but for M.jac fully. MO's problem maybe in blocked port. But it is confirmed this thing works so I can start adding members as long as u "bomb" me with IDs. And yeah, remove clan tags from name. The link u need to add to Squad URL in profiles (over the ID in menu) is: "https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/161624561/ArmSquad/squad.xml"

We got it working for MO too. HERE IS A LESSON: NAME MUST BE 100% CORRECT, CAPITALS AND SHIT.

EXAMPLE: Name: "Persian MO"
WRONG: "persian mo", "persian mo ", "Persian MO " and so on...

The "remark" in the squad.xml needs an update.
It should show the ranks, like PVT for Private, PFC for Private First Class, CPL for Corporal and SGT for Sergeant.
Moreover it should show the role and special task.
Examples:

• CO/SGT - Squad leader [administrative: Admin]
• NCO/Corporal - Fire team leader
• PFC - MG or AT or Sniper or Medic etc. (depends on the standard-/main-role of that guy)
• PVT - Rifleman etc.

Please, modify this, Arska.
