All it needs is a cheap chineese toygun for 10 usd and goggles from hardware store. But, bullistics is crap, plastic bullets fly only 60m
More realism is hardball (idk if its being played anywhere outside Russia):

It needs better protective equipment but ballistic is real - you really fear those leaden and steel bullets in battle
I tested some cheap equipment - goggles were perfect but anyway i received one bloody shot through a gap between goggles and furhat into my forehead. Since that time i prefer Arma
