Hey guys...
As Youtube admin, I have found great difficulty on keeping tabs of what is going on...
I have already mentioned to the admins that I am usually too busy to be able to provide daily administrative duties.
I've also noticed that you are able to post without the help of me and I am grateful for the content that we are pushing out on a continual level.
As a Google + manager (This is my current job) I have had the chance to meet with some of the guys who work for Google... In my working hours I have meetings with them via Gmail Hangouts and sometimes they fly down to meet with us as we are an eCommerce company..
The way Google + works is as follows:
G+ is integrated into SEO search engine optimisation... This means that if I post key words into the G+ sphere,and you type those key words into google search, the likelihood of you finding my post is far greater than any competitor using those exact words on their sites as they are not on G+ but rather their organic site.
The pros of this is that we can tap into a market seeking clans/information/content via G+... whether or not they are on G+ doesn't really matter but the more activity we have going on in G+ , the more likely we are to be found on google search...
I understand that this is very complex but please bear with me for now.
ALL Google products are integrated...
This means that Youtube, Gmail, G+ are all linked... meaning I could access any of these via google search and I could access a youtube vid for example, via G+.
CONS:
G+ is EXTREMELY LIMITED... there are not enough users on this platform to effectively make us known... there is effectively no rank in order as to who has the most followers when searching for keywords such as Arma 2 for example... It's a small market...
OPP:
We have the opportunity to grab this small market, or if in the event of more members joining G+ in the future as it is a growing platform, we could potentially rank right at the top... It all depends on the content we post and the vibe/party we create around that content.
Mandatories:
If you upload a YOUTUBE video make sure you state the following in description:
We must have the words D.A.M. somewhere.
We must have the words Dynamic Assault Masters somewhere.
We must have a link to our website.
All of these 3 mandatories must be included in EVERY video description.
I do not care how it is typed but let's use the following format as a guideline.:
Description.
Here is a video of the DAM clan fighting in Feruz Abad. We were low on supplies and Opfor forces were closing in.
Type whatever you want to type explaining the video.... Please use Spellcheck. Reverso is a good site to check spelling.
THEN>>> MAKE A LINE LIKE THIS BELOW AND INSERT OUR DETAILS.

I don't mean to be anal about things but I think we need to stay consistent.
I'm sorry I cannot check all things but my internet is fucking slow and at work where my internet is fast, my boss will fire me as all my site visits are monitored. So if you have uploaded anything, please check for mandatories.
