If your looking for some combat realism roleplay, there's a server hosted by Team of Teamrespawn.
Their servers are usually private, but are opened to the public on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.


It's a good server to experience hardcore Arma gameplay with other serious players.
I play there sometimes, and most missions are long and intense
