Installing mods in Arma 3 is much simpler through the official A3 Launcher, and in my opinion it's easier than traditional methods (eg. playWithSix)
In the Arma 3 Launcher, follow these steps:
1) Select "SERVERS" and find the modded server.
2) Click on the server and select "More details". This opens "Mods" Menu, showing all the mods needed to join.
3) Hit "Subscribe" to all the mods on the list. In this case, I will subscribe to Epoch mod
This will automatically download the mods from steam workshop. You can check the download process from steam -> Hover mouse over "Library" -> "Downloads"
Some mods can't be subscribed, saying "Unidentified" eg. the RHS: AFRF mod. This is because the mod hasn't been uploaded to steam workshop. In this case, you'll have to download the mod traditionally through armaholic or playWithSix.You'll then have to load the mod to the launcher by using the "Local Mod" option in "MODS" section of launcher
